I struggle daily with depression and major anxiety, to the point where it greatly affects pretty much every aspect of my life.
Something as simple as getting mail from my mailbox can turn into a battle because I do not want to step outside, or be seen, or answer the door for a package...its paralyzing.
I have spent most of my life being told by others to "just get over it" or "depression is just in your head" so through this series I am trying to physically manifest some of the things I have been told or have struggled with.
Both as a form of healing, but more so to show others that anxiety, depression, PTSD, etc are real and very much material things to those who experience them.
